The Lake House is an all-season getaway. The summers are filled with fishing, swimming, skiing, and boating. Just relaxing on the huge screened-in porch and watching the sunset is so wonderful. Fall brings brilliant fall foliage, football games to see and craft fairs to attend. Winters will be cozy with the native stone fireplace blazing as you cozy up on the couch. Spring is the perfect time for hiking and picnics. We offer 2 bedrooms. The master has a queen bed, the guest room has 2 twins. There are 2 full baths, a study with a couch and drop-dead views of the lake, along with a wonderful den, dining room with a dining table for six, complete kitchen, and full utility room. The home is furnished with all major appliances including a dishwasher, washer and dryer, and ceiling fans throughout. The kitchen is fully furnished with utensils, dishes, and cookware. The den is furnished with a TV/DVD and a wood-burning fireplace. There is access from the den to a huge deck facing the lake to the west. To the south, the den is an extra large screened-in porch with wicker furniture and an iron dining table and chairs. Located 30 minutes from Downtown Rogers and 45 minutes to Eureka Springs. There are boat rentals and swimming at Lost Bridge North and South that's only a 10-minute drive away!
